This is the 3-d project we made at my Stamp Camp last Saturday. Wouldn't this be great to hang on your favorite Valentine's door knob so they see it when they wake up. Or, maybe for your co-workers or a treat for your hair dresser or postman/woman. It would just make someone's day! It's fun to make and everyone will love it. Chocolate and stamping go together like peanut butter and jelly....Like crackers and cheese...like tea and honey. My, there's a common theme here. Oh well, I do enjoy my food :-) Chocolate is a food group, right?
I am organized tonight and added links to my online store so that you can click on the links below to view the items and order any of these items, if you wish. Let me know if you like the links :-) Remember, during February and March, when you order $50 in catalog merchandise, you get a FREE pick from the Sale-a-bration catalog. You can download that .pdf if you don't have your own copy. If you need one, let me know and I'll get one out to you. ...we love FREE. Happy shopping.
This little gift uses the largest and 2nd largest heart Framelits, found HERE in the Occasions Mini catalog. Once cut out on the Big Shot Machine, I put the smaller one in the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder and ran it through the Big Shot. It gave it just the right amount of umph and added nice texture. Then I took Sticky Strip and ran it down the sides of the smaller heart (to hold the chocolate in place) and attached it to the larger heart. I took Sticky Strip and put on one side of the ribbon, on the tips, and adhered the ribbon to the inside pocket but attached to the large heart. The Ghirardelli chocolate sits between the 2 hearts in a cute little pocket you just created.
The large heart is Real Red cardstock, small heart uses Melon Mambo, the flag uses Pretty in Pink and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes...such a great stamp set. The ribbon is Scallop Dotted Melon Mambo.
