With All My Heart

The wonderful thing about being a demonstrator is the amazing friendships that are formed and all the sharing of ideas.  I saw this sample somewhere and had to create one myself.  I love heat embossing and with just Versa Mark and clear embossing powder, it looks like you have 3 different colors of powder.  Stamp the image, heat emboss and punch with the Fancy Flower Punch and adorn with some Bitty Buttons.  Instant pretty!  The sentiment is from Short & Sweet.  Both of these stamp sets are retiring and will be gone as of May 31st.

Murphy Safari Continued...

Arusha National Park, about 212 sq. miles, is not home to a lot of big game but it has a wonderful variety of bird life and some pretty cool animals.   Giraffes are plentiful and there are hippos in the lakes and zebra and dik diks which look like big eyed small deer with long legs and they are so fast as they dart in and out of the bush.  There are buffalo too.  It was a great introduction of what was to come for the next 10 days.

Tammy is checking out the park maps and information.  And to think she did not even want to come with us on this trip.  She looks pretty intersted to me.

Look how close he is.  But we'll get even closer.  Tammy hasn't turned around to see this one yet.  He's checking us out though.

We got our first zebra sighting as this zebra darted out in front of us.  He was in a hurry to get somewhere.  We were so excited and we hadn't even seen any of "the big 5" yet.

I can't remember the names of these birds but they were all incredible and huge.  You can click on any of the pictures and see a larger image.

I have often thought that if we can send men to the moon, why can't they find a cure for this terrible disease?  I never seem to come up with a good enough answer.

Stamp Camp Projects for March

These are the projects we made at my Stamp Camp this past Saturday. Then we made them all at my team meeting on Saturday night, as none of my team was at my Stamp Camp.  That gives them some ideas to use until the end of April with their customers without having to reinvent the wheel....so to speak.  All were CASEd from here and there and then changed at least a little bit.  I love to print samples out as I see them and modify for me.  I hope you enjoy them.

All samples were made with stamp sets from the current Occassions Mini catalog and the Sale-a-bration Mini Catalog.  SALE-a-bration ends this coming Thursday, March 31st, so now is your last chance to qualify for those FREE items in that cute mini.  See both minis on the left sidebar of this page if you don't have your own copy at home.

I know this bunny idea originally came from Jackie Topa, who is an amazing, creative demo.  Remember the flower from February Stamp Camp, made with the Build a Blossom stamp set and the Blossom Petals Punch?  Well, this bunny card was made with the same stamp set and punch.  Too cute....

Spring Blooms

While much of the midwest is about to be dumped on, we're only supposed to get a bit of freezing rain here with it turning to rain on Wednesday.  I think I'm ready for flowers and spring.  This card can make you feel like it's right around the corner.

This is sweet and simple - another LC swap.  It uses the BOLD BLOSSOM stamp set, Pompom Trim, and the SWEET STITCHES Designer Big Buttons from the Occasions Mini catalog. Also uses the Library Clips from the Idea Book and Catalog.  Stamp images and adhere buttons with Mini Glue Dots.
