I had my Sunday Stamp Club today and we did 'mystery hostess' where everyone's name goes in a basket and we draw names for hostess benefits. The number of benefits depends on the number/amount of orders placed. Instead of asking everyone to bring something this month, I provided all the goodies. One of them was a Chicken Dip Recipe that is always a great hit. My club members asked me to please post it to my BLOG so here it is ladies....easy peasy...
1 large can Swanson White Chicken Breast meat (12.5 oz)
1 small can diced chiles (4.5 oz)
1 8 oz block Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon salsa
Mix everything together and nuke for a few minutes until hot. Stir it to blend everything and serve with Scoops. Yummy in your tummy. I was thinking today that some chopped Kalamata olives would be good mixed in with this. I'll have to try it. Enjoy
