Strength and Hope - last chance to order

When I saw this card, I knew immediately that I was going to copy it.  I copied it from another demo.  I believe her name is Julie Smith.  Usually I see a card and change it up a bit to make it mine but this one I copied just as it...I loved it so much.

Alaska - day 3 continued and some stampin' samples

 
Our second excursion of the day was sea kayaking.  I was hoping for a whale right next to us...although Linda was NOT.  We did have a sea lion close and lots of star fish along the shore but no whales.

and some of the Gardner clan were on the tour too.

We had a wonderful chat on the way back to shore.  They are all just as lovely as their mom.  The hubby's are pretty great too.  I told them the pics were going on my BLOG. 

Here's Sara and Sean.  Sean wouldn't let Sara have oars.  Instead, he did all the work while Sara was in charge of taking all the pictures.  I like that arrangement.

Back on the boat, we head to the Trading Post and Shelli stops for a photo.

Isn't this creative.  That's a napkin(the pink)! Didn't know you could emboss napkins with the Big Shot and an Embossing Folder... did you?

One of my Favorites

This is a simple card but has such meaning.  I really love it.  It's made with the Strength & Hope stamp set and Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper...yummy paper.  Also uses the Big Shot and Circle Die and a few punches:  Decorative Label, Scallop Trim Border, 1 3/4" and 1 3/8" circles.

You'll need ideas for when you get your set, yes?  I'm trying to fit a class in for just this stamp set so that if you order it, we'll have a special class just for you to make special cards with.  Give me a week or so to figure the timing out.

Here's a couple of more samples I've made with this beautiful set...the first is not traditionally what you think of when you see this set, is it?

Isn't it pretty though?  Another great use for this set.

Isn't this one beautiful.  Recognize the Lattice Die cut with the Big Shot.  It's the same die I used to create the cross for my Easter card.  Love the Big Shot and all the fabulous dies we have.
